COACHING PROCESS
To ensure career success, coaching sessions will be conducted with the new employee. Employer feedback sessions will also be conducted with the employee’s direct supervisor.

Employee Coaching Session
During the employee’s coaching session,  a variety of questions will be asked to determine any areas of concern. Coaching sessions may include the following topics:

• Work-related or personal challenges impacting job performance
• Job-related concerns
• Organizational fit
• Additional training needs
• Desire for future company progression

Employer Feedback Session
During the employer feedback session, the employee’s direct supervisor will be contacted to discuss the employee’s performance to address any areas of concern. During this session, the company’s human resource representative is welcome to join.

Employer feedback sessions may include the following topics:

• Punctuality
• Actively communicating with management and peers
• Staying positive even in stressful environments
• Working collaboratively in team settings
• Quickly learning and applying new skills
• Using critical thinking to work through challenges
• Creating and initiating innovative ideas 

Using the coaching process will:
– help monitor job performance
– ensure employee and employer satisfaction
– assist the new employee overcome any challenges that might arise
– help employee reach full productivity faster
– increase retention and decrease turnover
